ONSITE “TRAIN THE TRAINER” WORKSHOPS
OSM is built to encourage organizational change, through the normalization of mental health talk and the use of stress management in the daily lives of agencies. By empowering local leaders, the program adapts to differing needs and evolves as graduates become ambassadors for training and deliver the knowledge to others. NATAL’s onsite workshops are led by two of NATAL's instructors, who train up to 20 participants per group. The curriculum is delivered in a series of workshops, as each session includes theoretical knowledge and experiential exercises based on the participants’ work and life experience.
