CORPORATE STRESS MANAGEMENT: HELPING CORPORATE LEADERS OVERCOME BURNOUT

Stress is bad for business. Nevertheless, the modern workplace is more stressful than ever. Our Corporate Stress Management training is tailored to the needs of HR managers and business leaders, equipping them with tools and techniques which make corporate organizations more resilient and adaptive to change.

In recent years uncertainty, stress, and anxiety have become a part of our day-to-day life, affecting the workplace as much as any other space. In order for organizations to keep going and function, they need to understand how to provide tools to cope with daily stressful situations, both personal and professional, while normalizing the discussion about mental health among their teams.

Those working in teams hold unique positions as intermediaries, which ultimately increases their effectiveness as agents of change, and their exposure to compassion fatigue. This pressure can often stem from their professional responsibilities in situations in which they manage and report on. Expectations are high and their recognition is often overlooked. Harnessing knowledge from collective practical experiences in both Israel and the US, the training is designed to set the stage for post-traumatic growth.

Designed for:

Senior management, mid-level management, HR professionals and other staff members
