RESILIENCE FOR ALL - TRAINING FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

When a collective traumatic experience occurs, whether it is a pandemic or another form of crisis, emotional trauma is as much a consequence as physical suffering. NATAL focuses on the psychological impact of crisis situations – the softer, yet critically important, psychological aspects of crisis management, how they affect individuals (youth and adults), families, organizations and communities, and how to lead positively and effectively to help prevent long-term suffering.

NATAL helps mental health professionals working with community leaders, managers, educators, clinicians, professionals and volunteers and empowers them with tools to become more resilient themselves, enabling them to offer better support to their communities.
